To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Timeframe for Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns requested after this period.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personalized or engraved cufflinks, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
